About Sarah
My fiction has appeared in Five Chapters, Open City, The Awl, PANK, and elsewhere, and was awarded the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s 2010 Harvey Swados Prize [pdf] and the 2008 Arthur Edelstein Prize. I was a finalist for the 2011 New Letters prize in fiction, and for UMass’s 2011 Delaney Prize.
I’m currently Assistant Director of UMass’s Juniper Literary Festival; a Juniper Fellow; and Editor of Route 9.
I’m working on a novel.
